About Me
I am an associate professor of Business Strategy at the São Paulo School of Business Administration, Fundação Getúlio Vargas. I received my Ph.D. from the São Paulo School of Business Administration, Fundação Getúlio Vargas. I was a visiting scholar at the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania, I was visiting PhD student at University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign. My research interests include the role of institutions, corporate governance in business strategy and in nonmarket strategy, partnerships between firms, government, and nonprofit organizations, and the intersection of corporate political activity and corporate social responsibility.
